Three men allegedly break into Queens home, change locks and force owner to sign over deed to property

Break into a house, change the locks, tell the owner to sign over the property to them.
That, in a nutshell, is the heist a trio of brazen bandits allegedly pulled off in Queens.

Calling it “a truly bizarre case,” Queens District Attorney Richard Brown said Friday the three suspects “are accused of breaking into a Queens residence and locking the true owners out, then forcing them to negotiate with the defendants if they wanted to gain access to their own home.”
